This is my brain,
it's torturous analytical thoughts make me go insane.
I know what you’re thinking, “you ate all that today???” I did not. These are my three favorite recipes from the past couple of weeks that I got snapshots of before devouring.
Breakfast:
A favorite around the house, even though Giu hates anything that remotely resembles “soggy bread”, he seems to enjoy this french toast recipe. Nothing particularly new about this time, just had blueberries and bananas for my fruit this week and thought it was a pretty combination.
Leftover Lunch:
Giuliano made a killer pan fried chicken the night before and I had made the cauliflower cheddar soup before that. So I took the bread from the pear and brie sandwiches from a few days before and made sandwiches with the chicken and added a bit of greek yogurt to the soup. I love splurging in the middle of the day. ^.^
Dinner:
This was a particularly neat dinner because it was made with items we normally keep around the house for other things.
The side dish is cauliflower (it was on sale…) and garlic mashed potatoes with dill. Giu made the amazing tuna burger with grated carrots, diced green onion and parsley.
